Connect With the People Behind Hawaii’s Local Beef Story

Ask Pasture to Plate

Have you ever wondered something about ranching, cattle, meat processing, local beef, transportation, labeling, food safety, or how food reaches your plate?

Ask.

You don’t need to work in agriculture to participate in the conversation.

In fact, some of the best educational topics start with simple questions.

Submit your question and it may become a future article, video, interview, social media post, or conversation with someone working directly in that part of the industry.

No question is too basic.

If we know the answer, we’ll explain it.

If we don’t, we’ll find someone who does.
